Full Job Description

The Senior Dynamics Analyst will play a key role in the support, development, and implementation of the Dynamics CE modules across Speedy. This will include enhancing current systems, defining and prioritizing high-value projects and managing the project to completion by partnering with IT and Business Areas, manage and support new and existing applications. The principal objectives & responsibilities of the role are:

  • Involvement in all aspects of system configuration/administration, development, and improvement; including leading testing, implementation and deployment.
  • Identify and propose application system changes, process improvements, enhancements, and developments in line with business needs to drive efficiencies and adoption.
  • Define and manage best practice methodologies for application developments and solution management across all CE environments
  • Responsible for change management for Dynamics CE environments, including patch installation, software deployment, security changes and data alterations to ensure that the effect of a change on the business as a whole is minimised.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining system documentation and records where needed.
  • Work with and lead our Software Partners (Annata and Microsoft) and the Application Support Analysts to maintaining auditable records for license consumption and user permissions and security roles.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line application support and fault resolution
  • Work with the Integration and Data Warehouse Teams to drive business operational efficiencies through CE and other strategic solutions including Dynamics D365FO and e-commerce offerings.
  • Engagement with the business for process and system improvements
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to ensuring controls are effective
  • Support the team with knowledge of current systems
  • Supporting your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
  • You will be able to work with the team and challenge them on how they use their capability to ensure all software development processes and procedures are "best in class". The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a large, complex organisation with a range of enterprise applications.
