Full Job Description

The Senior Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for analyst program recruitment. The UK, Europe & MEA Early Career Talent Acquisition team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Hires. What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the UK, Europe & MEA Banking Analyst and Internships programs with a focus on the Investment Banking business analyst program
  • Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy
  • Act as a credible business expert on campus talent acquisition market trends
  • Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed
  • Keep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline is updated on a day to day basis
  • Plan and host interview days, assessment centres and other relevant selection/offer events
  • Attend and lead the assessment centre wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholders
  • Support candidate engagement activity
  • Produce candidate Management Information/statistics for both the business and campus talent acquisition colleagues
  • Ensure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journey
  • Train the supporting screening teams to ensure a clear understanding of analyst/associate profile and criteria is achieved
  • Review and innovate processes and procedures when identified to improve efficiency
  • Assist if required in any additional diversity events and program including the spring and summer programs
  • Be involved with wider Early Career talent acquisition projects and initiatives

    Recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agency
  • Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage
  • Experience of managing multiple client stakeholders
