To stay ambitious, we are building out a digital hub at the cultural & commercial heart of our group, our global HQ and distribution centre in Shirebrook. We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and growing digital trading team working on established digital websites. Passionate about digital trading, this is a chance for someone who wants to take a hands-on approach to trading and analysing their website. Joining at a period of high performance and significant investment into digital, this is an amazing opportunity for someone to contribute to the growth and development of the performance of the Frasers Group Customer Team. Reporting into a Digital Trading Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of campaign, brand and promotional strategies, facing into digital marketing, commercial and optimisation teams to drive initiatives and actions to improve conversion rates and KPIs.

  • Executing day-to-day trading of a website(s), under the guidance of the Digital Trading Manager
  • Manage reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and feeding into action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
  • Utilising available resources, analysing seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, reporting on key competitors and customer behaviour
  • Oversee and report on the weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions and brand partner updates.
  • End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities
  • Ensure communication of product & trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimisation teams.
  • Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion.
  • Manage process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales
  • People Management
  • Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Digital Trading Assistant(s) as relevant
  • Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall ecommerce strategy
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring ecommerce KPI's are understood and achievable for all
