Senior Email Marketing Officer

This role sits within the Digital Section in the Communications Directorate, reporting to the Email Marketing Manager. You will work within an ambitious and passionate digital team and across the organisation to develop our holistic email marketing strategy through the oversight and management of email channels, plans, and schedules, and by implementing the plans as well as empowering the teams to manage their own email campaigns.

The post holder will also provide training to teams as part of our objective to upskill the organisation. The post holder will also be responsible for finding opportunities to push new and innovative ideas.

You will have experience of using email marketing techniques with a test and learn approach, including segmentation, automation, and personalisation.
