Full Job Description

The roles focuses on providing comprehensive advice on a wide range of employment matters including employee relations. We are looking for dynamic and proactive HR practitioners to join our fantastic People services team supporting a range of Clinical and Corporate services across our Trust, ensuring the provision of a high quality and effective HR service to support and drive continuous and improved performance. A key element of these roles it to provide leadership and direction to the team . supporting complex cases, provide mentoring, and developing training., To provide advice and support to the specified Departments and Clinical Management Groups on the full range of People Services issues, to enable them to fulfil the principles of good HR Management.

To provide managers and staff with professional, comprehensive and timely advice and support, ensuring that the service provided is consistent with defined quality standards.

To provide advice across the range of complex People Services issues, including employee relations, change management and organisational development, developing excellent working relationships with divisional/directorate managers and supporting them to meet their key workforce indicators .

Responsible for day to day supervision of ER Advisers ensuring that advice provided is legally compliant and organisational change adheres to the relevant policies, procedures and protocols.
