As a Senior Enablement Manager, you will play a meaningful role in driving the success of our organization by developing and delivering an enablement strategy for the region and hands-on training to enable our Corporate sales teams based in EMEA. Your relationships with local sales leadership in addition to your experience in a customer facing role will help drive our top sales priorities. By creating and delivering learning experiences specific to our global cohort of Specialists, Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives and Channel Account Managers you will train these roles with the required, specialised skills to deliver our unique value propositions. This means we can be much more targeted in our enablement of specific value propositions, value-based demos and executive readouts to validate innovative solutions. What You'll Do This role requires a strategic problem solver with effective communication and customer facing experience. We believe we have the best products in the market for creativity and productivity, and this position will play an exciting role in ensuring Adobe delivers the best possible experiences to our selling audience and our valued customers! Your primary focus will be

  • Designing and delivering specialised enablement with laser focus on the EMEA based sales roles to win each stage of the sales process.
  • Successfully correlating adoption of enablement with positive sales results.
  • Ongoing alignment with local sales leadership.
  • Responsibilities
  • Become the trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the needs of these roles.
  • Develop executive relationships that drive successful partnerships across the region.
  • Deliver metrics in quarterly business reviews reporting on leading and lagging indicators correlated to seller success and plans for upcoming training and enablement.
  • Design learning experiences influenced and validated across sales leadership.
  • Uncover training needs through call monitoring, skill assessments, learner quiz results making recommendations to enhance seller's skills that go above and beyond expectations.
  • Build and tailor existing role-specific content that develops skills across the entire customer journey.
  • Accurately tailor existing content for role-based training (IE use current materials such as general rules of engagement, value-based selling motion, product training).
  • Build, schedule and deliver relevant, role-specific learning experiences to sellers.
  • Orchestrate SMEs when needed to ensure relevant and real-time training is delivered.
  • Use measurements and reporting to foster growth from basic to the most dynamic skills through in person, digital and virtual learning experiences.
  • Improve upon existing curriculum with fresh ideas and locally based use cases.
  • Correlating adoption and track new behaviours with incredible sales results.

    BS/BA degree + 10 years professional experience in sales or sales enablement leadership role, preferably in a large corporate environment
  • Proven success in a customer facing sales role
  • Exceptional experience crafting and performing training strategies
  • Skilled at effectively presenting with all levels of leadership, both written and verbal communication
  • Experience in effectively building and implementing outstanding, large-scale, enablement and training programs, and an understanding of industry standards and certifications
  • Ability to translate big picture ideas into action & establish relationships across the organizations with alternative viewpoints
  • Self-motivated, with proven record of accomplishment of execution as a team member & team leader
  • Proven collaboration, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to travel (international) to stay in touch with teams and decision makers

  • Experience working in a sales environment and a strong understanding of direct sales models
  • Knowledge of the suite of Adobe solutions
  • Multilingual: French, German
  • Experience using Adobe Digital Media products
  • Experience working directly with customers and partners
