Full Job Description

North East Derbyshire START team have a part time vacancy for a Senior Enablement Support Worker to maintain the independence and dignity of adults living in the community, through supporting staff at a local level to provide a high-quality service and being the first point of engagement with clients.

We're looking for a colleague who can contribute their skills and expertise to multi-disciplined professional teams, we need a team member who can support us to adopt new ways of working and make sure that collaboration around those we are working with is at the heart of everything we do.

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
