Undertaking preliminary and detailed design, including preparing specifications, of Civil Engineering projects including (all competencies are not required for every position): Highways Geometric and Drainage design, Flood risk assessments, Surface water and foul sewer design, Basement drainage systems including under slab drainage to building Regulations, Retention basins, attenuation tanks and other SuDS features for both design and implementation

Proactively and ethically motivating and leading project teams to deliver superior outcomes

Supervising other colleagues under your direction and offering pro-active advice in relation to problem solving issues.

Compliance with, and overseeing implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures

BEng (Hons) or MEng (Hons)

Demonstrated capacity to provide leadership to project teams
