As part of a successful and growing control and instrumentation department, you'll support the team that's been delivering industry-leading design solutions for decades, carrying out any or all stages of C&I design from concept to completion as required by the project.

Your organisational and communication skills will help you interact with internal and external contacts to deliver projects within time, quality and, budget constraints. You'll also work to play an integral role in driving quality in delivery and developing the team as a whole.

The role may involve occasional site visits and potential travel throughout the UK to various project locations.

+ Comprehensive experience in EC&I design and overseeing the delivery of the full project lifecycle
+ Experience operating in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
+ Knowledge of hazardous area equipment selection and installation design requirements
+ HNC minimum with suitable experience

Preferable:

+ Degree-qualified in Control and Instrument Engineering
+ Actively working towards a professional registration (CEng/IEng)
+ Understanding pharmaceutical clean room equipment selection and installation design requirements
+ Knowledge of safety-related calculations and providing input to safety reviews - HAZOP, LOPA and SIL assessments.
