Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated customer facing track support engineer, to join Lotus Motorsport at Hethel and trackside, at international race events. What You'll Do:
- Reporting to the Project Manager on a programme, you will be a key contributor to the track-side operation.
- As a customer facing representative of the company, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, engaging confidently and knowledgeably.
- Extensive travel to International and/or European events.
- Between track events, the role will include all aspects of project support onsite at our Hethel based facility.
Experience in a similar role, at a professional motorsport level. - Proficient with motorsport vehicle dynamics & race car engineering.
- Knowledge of motorsport vehicle electronics, data logging and telemetry from Motec.
- High competency level with PC / typical software - MS Office (particularly Excel), Matlab, etc.
- Customer facing skills & excellent organisation skills., Frequent travel will be required to visit different entities and the Customer Care Center based in Europe. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
