Full Job Description

  • Develop and implement a tailored training package for the company's management system
  • Lead research and development of specialised equipment to support business objectives, including exploring innovations from other industries to meet evolving needs
  • Provide comprehensive support for RVI equipment, including maintenance, repairs, procurement, trials, and handling emergent requests within the department
  • Generate and analyse performance metrics to assess the benefits of capability improvements over time
  • Assist in preparing business cases and justifications, with a focus on maximising return on investment

    Degree qualified in an Engineering Discipline or relevant experience. Essential.
  • Knowledge Visual inspection- Essential
  • Must have the ability to effectively negotiate, persuade and influence up to senior management
  • Desirable
  • Previous RVI/inspection experience would be beneficial
  • Must have excellent report writing skills
  • Toolsets Jira, Sharepoint, Microsoft
  • Remote visual inspection experience
