Full Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to join our Group Risk team in this newly created role., As the Senior Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that LSL maintains a robust and effective risk management framework. You will support the delivery of the Group's risk strategy, aligning risk management practices with industry standards, and ensuring comprehensive risk oversight across the Group.,

  • Maintain and manage the Group risk framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the Group's risk appetite.

  • Facilitate collaboration between divisional risk teams to promote a cohesive risk management culture.

  • Develop and manage risk reporting for senior stakeholders, including the Group Executive Committee, Audit & Risk Committee, and Board.

  • Support the Group CRO in developing risk strategy and delivery plans.

  • Lead the strategy and implementation of an effective risk system for the Group.

  • Conduct special investigations into risk topics and provide actionable insights.

  • Offer coaching, guidance, and development support to Divisional Risk teams.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, with strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.

  • Proven ability to manage risk at both strategic and operational levels.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities and familiarity with risk management systems.

  • Preferred experience in the UK regulatory environment (e.g., FCA).
