Full Job Description

As our Senior Estates and Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our school estates are safe, secure, well-maintained, and conducive to learning. You will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, including the IT Manager and Deputy Estates Manager, to deliver a comprehensive range of facilities management services., + Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term estate strategy aligned with the Trust's vision and values.
+ Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and health and safety compliance.
+ Financial Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
+ Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
+ Project Management: Lead and deliver complex projects, such as refurbishments and new builds.
