Senior Estimating Manager

As Estimating Manager be the focal point for all estimating and bid functions for client.

Lead and manage a team of external consultants and internal cost estimators.

Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Subcontract account management
Cost reporting

Our client is a well run and busy blue chip Contractor whom are looking for a experienced Managing Estimator to head up their busy estimating and bid teams.

This role of Estimating Manager would suit somebody looking for a long term career opportunity and looking to make a day to day impact on the business from day one.

You will ideally have 5- 10 years experience of sub contractor surveying and costing on health , educational and commercial projects. Typical size of project £1-£10 million . Our client have 5 years worth of work already secured in these sectors.
