  • Freelance contract, The Christmas-Shire Experience is a magical, theatrical experience, designed to be a high-quality, family event.

  • The experience is an alternative to other grotto experiences in and around Liverpool.

Sneaky Experience is partnered with Liverpool ACC Arena for this event.

The space we have available is situated right next door to the Liverpool Wheel and the Arena. It's also a few

minutes walk from the busy Albert Dock, which attracts locals and tourists alike.

The structures which will house the experience, will be in the form of 3 yurts, each with its own unique décor.

    Key Elements:

Magical Yurts: A 'shire' will stand out against the backdrop of the Arena and Albert Dock. We want our audience

to feel a sense of wonder at how this shire has appeared in Liverpool, seemingly, overnight!

Guided Journey: Our excitable 'elves' - each with its own character, will greet guests as they enter each yurt. As the yurts are close to one-another, there will not be the need for a 'chaperone'

Interactive Performances: As families enter each structure, they'll encounter a 'wow' moment - each Yurt will differ to the last and we want our audience to feel intrigued, curious, and excited. In each Yurt, our engaging characters will deliver a short performance - interaction between the elves and the audience will be extensive - involving adults as well as little ones.

Magical Finale with Father Christmas: The experience concludes with a special meeting with Father Christmas, where each child speaks to Father Christmas individually and receives a thoughtful, ethical present, adding a meaningful end to their magical journey.

Our aim is to create a memorable and heart-warming event that brings the festive spirit to life for families, immersing them in the magic of the festive season.
