We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join ourLiverpool FC teamasaSenior Executive, Hospitality Accounts.You willbe responsible foraccount managingseasonal and match day hospitality,always ensuring a high satisfaction rate.

Areyou client/ customerfocused,proactiveand great at building strongstakeholderrelationships? This is the role for you.

What will you be doing?

  • To make daily outbound calls to seasonal members in line with the departments KPI's and develop strong relationships with seasonal hospitality members.

  • Continue to build and develop relationships by arranging meetings with key accounts on matchday and pre and post fixture

  • Assistseasonal members with anyNFC, ticketing or away game ballot enquires via email and inbound calls

  • Take inbound sales and have a good knowledge of the hospitality packages available throughout the season

  • Receive inbound calls from match day bookers toassistwith any ticketing queries and requests leading up the fixtures

  • Handle all emails and respond witha high levelof customer service within a settime frame

  • Liaise with the operations team to manage the seasonal lounges and members. Including numbers, dietary requests, and otheradditionalrequirements.

  • Manage the communication to seasonal members and match day bookers around any fixture changes

  • Log and track all seasonal hospitality members activity onSalesForce

  • Manage the renewal process for seasonal members, reviewing contract types and lengths and ensuring invoices are raised and payment schedules adhered too.


  • Continue to develop seasonal member's matchday experiences by working with the operations team throughout the year to develop and review the hospitality offering.

  • Work match days,assistingwith the operation and member enquiries

    To be successful in thisrole, you will have experience managing client accounts and providinga high levelof customer service.You will be confident in building relationships with seasonal accounts andable to communicate effectively.You will be able to make decisions and remain calm while under pressure to achieve deadlines/ targets and able to prioritise tasks, whereappropriate.You will haveexcellent time management skills and able to work well in a team.


  • You will also have knowledge ofdifferent hospitality areas and great administrative/ computer skills.You will have knowledge of multiple systems such as Salesforce andunderstandthe ticketing system to ensure any access issues on matchday are resolved.

    This isa full-time,12 monthsfixed termrole working35hours per week(5 in 7)starting from your agreed start date. Your main base will be ourAnfield Stadium.You willbe requiredto work weekends/ match days as and when is needed.
