Full Job Description
The role holder reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the supervision and direction of all elements of facilities and property management for Raytheon UK.
- Leading a team of direct reports and external service providers to coordinate and maintain facilities operations and compliance for Raytheon UK, in line with Raytheon policies, strategy, applicable contractual commitments, legal requirements and industry good practice.
- Operational management of facilities and property delivery for all RUK sites either directly or through regional facility managers, including the delivery of all facilities management services and projects, and act as the key interface between the team and other business functions / stakeholders.
- Leading a team of direct reports to coordinate and maintain facilities operations for Raytheon UK, in line with Raytheon policies, strategy, applicable contractual commitments, legal requirements and industry good practice.
- Manage excellent relationships with stakeholders, our suppliers and other partners ensuring that operational and compliance aspects are delivered in accordance with the SLA's and KPI's by an agreed programme of qualitative checks and controlled measures
- Input to planning and scheduling activities with CAFM, BMS and CMMS platforms
- Interact with internal customers or users around specific work efforts and deliverables
- Supervise the activities of service partners to meet deadlines and quality standards, taking account of impact outside area of responsibility
- Strive for continual improvement to ensure performance meets service requirements
- Support delivery of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards
- To support the delivery of the carbon reduction program, sustainability initiatives and journey to Next Zero
- Support customer and company audits, ensuring optimum results are achieved
- Manage financial accountabilities - Facilities cost centre budget, Facilities project budgets and Functional project budgets

Strong leadership experience of teams in matrixed environments with the ability to influence others - Passionate, high-energy, self-starting team player who achieves goals and strives for continuous improvement
- Strong ability to effectively analyse, understand and develop performance metrics
- Degree educated in Facilities/Property Management or suitable similar qualifications & experience
- Demonstrable experience with Asset and Lifecycle management processes and systems
- Financially astute; able to work to a budget, manage costs and identify savings opportunities
- Knowledge of CAFM and Safety Management System and integration with Asset Management Systems (e.g., ISO45001/ISO14001/ISO55001)
- An able communicator in verbal, written and presentational forms including at management and customer levels
- Excellent customer relationship skills; active and visible to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience to create and drive change and continuously improve performance
- Member of a relevant recognised Industry professional body (e.g. IWFM, RICS, CIBSE)
- Demonstrable planning and organisation skills with facilities and property management Desirable Skills
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work well independently.
