- Divorce and separation

- General Civil Litigation ( if possible), 4-5 days per week
We require someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Family Law with some experience in Civil Litigation preferably, to join our busy and impressive Family and Litigation teams. You will handle a medium caseload (20 - 25 cases) of family matters for a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals whilst moving towards a supervisory role in family. - Good communication skills
- Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals;
- Track record of training paralegals, trainee and junior solicitors
- Track record of assistance with management of a practice is preferred
- Strong leadership qualities
- A clear decision maker
- Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities;
- Client focused and practical;
- Demonstrable ability and keen to build and maintain client and referral relationships;
- Excellent administration and organisational skills;
- Professional but friendly and approachable personality., Certificate of Higher Education (required)
- Family Law: 5 years (required)
- Civil Litigation: 2 years (preferred)
