This role requires a deep understanding of farm business management and the ability to provide tailored advice to meet individual client needs.,

• Lead and manage the Farm Business team
• Provide expert farm business management advice to clients
• Develop and deliver budgeting and contract farming advice
• Advise on subsidy and grant schemes and environmental matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  
  Proven experience in Farm Business Consultancy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
