- Business Leadership: Lead projects to drive the business and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and identify Topline and Value opportunities.
- Indispensable Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial objectives and drive performance improvements. Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. Assist in budget management for demand creation and brand building spend.
- Governance: Oversee governance and stewardship activities to maintain compliance with financial policies.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). - Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial systems and tools is a plus.
