Are you passionate about safety, efficiency, and delivering top-notch service? Cadent Gas is seeking a dynamic Fleet Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our fleet of 4,500 vehicles operating safely and smoothly across our 5 Gas Networks.

As a Fleet Administrator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our fleet operates within strict O Licence compliance regulations, supporting our emergency-driven workforce, and ultimately safeguarding road users. Here's how you'll make an impact:

Deliver Excellence: Take ownership of O Licence compliance across Cadent. Manage daily work progress and ensure vehicle and asset status is crystal clear. Jeopardy manage to reduce downtime, keeping our vehicles on the road.

Drive Process Improvements: Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and identify trends affecting performance. Challenge vendors to minimize Vehicle Off-Road (VOR) time and find innovative solutions.

Communicate Effectively: Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers on parts availability. Provide timely VOR updates to stakeholders and assist with inbound calls when needed.

Comprehensive Experience & Knowledge: Solid understanding of O Licence compliance and vehicle operations. Experience in customer service, preferably in high-pressure environments like service or contact centres. Background in the motor industry (not essential).

Essential Skills: Problem-solving mindset with the ability to create innovative solutions. Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and articulate when engaging with stakeholders. A collaborative spirit, sharing information effectively across teams.
