You will have a genuine passion for fostering the growth of junior team members within the FCL team; you will have strong communication skills backed-up by a real belief in the importance of mentorship and knowledge exchange. Your outstanding attention to detail will ensure quality results and positive growth for the mentee. As an engineer you will be highly-motivated, curious, and have confidence in your ability for critical thinking and robust decision making.
