What will you be doing? As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll lead the way in producing quality financial insights that drive decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Managing and producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs to meet business and group reporting needs.
- Storyboarding business performance to create compelling narratives.
- Partnering with external stakeholders, such as investors and lenders, to build standardised reporting packs and respond to queries.
- Driving the FP&A month-end, half-year, and year-end reporting processes , ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinating and finalising high-quality monthly CFO review decks and management information (MI) packs .
- Supporting the annual budget and 5-year plan .
- Identifying and delivering process improvements that add value.
We're on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification , with experience in a business partnering role. - Proven ability to work with operational stakeholders outside Finance.
- Experience in high-growth software or subscription-based industries (desirable but not essential).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Tableau, or Power BI (desirable).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
