What will you be doing? As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll lead the way in producing quality financial insights that drive decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Managing and producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs to meet business and group reporting needs.
  • Storyboarding business performance to create compelling narratives.
  • Partnering with external stakeholders, such as investors and lenders, to build standardised reporting packs and respond to queries.
  • Driving the FP&A month-end, half-year, and year-end reporting processes , ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinating and finalising high-quality monthly CFO review decks and management information (MI) packs .
  • Supporting the annual budget and 5-year plan .
  • Identifying and delivering process improvements that add value.

    We're on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification , with experience in a business partnering role.
  • Proven ability to work with operational stakeholders outside Finance.
  • Experience in high-growth software or subscription-based industries (desirable but not essential).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite, Tableau, or Power BI (desirable).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
