Senior Freelance Creative

Our client, a large scale in-house creative agency, based in West London is looking for a Senior Creative to join their team on a freelance basis. As Senior Creative in the Advertising team, you'll conceptualise and execute campaigns to promote Film, Broadcast and TV products. You'll put your ideas into action on a variety of platforms including TV, print, out-of-home and social media working on anything from live sports to company product campaigns. What you'll do:

• Develop new, unique ideas that push our brands forward.
• Provide effective creative solutions in ATL comms across a range of channels including TVCs, print, OOH, digital, and social.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team and across the wider organisation
• Build presentations and sell your work to senior stakeholders.
• Help guide production, shoots, and post-production.
• Support the Creative Directors of Advertising and the Senior Leadership team.
  
  Proven experience of working within the Irish market with a strong understanding of the nuances of creative campaigns specifically for that region.
• A history of creating outstanding advertising and ATL campaigns where the idea is key!
• Proven experience across multiple brands.
• Strong conceptual and ideation skills, a flair for execution and an eye for detail.
• Strong Copywriting and/or Art Direction.
• A good knowledge of production, shoots, and post-production.
• Ability to collaborate and work with wider departments and 3rd parties.
  
  Please note that candidates with no prior experience working within the Irish Market will not be considered.
This role offers a hybrid set up with three days a week on site in the West London office, operates INSIDE IR35 and candidates will be added to a freelance pool for 9 months.
