As a Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will become a key member of a multi-disciplinary engineering team working on a wide variety of interesting projects. These include engineering design and analysis at various stages conceptual, feasibility, FEED, detailed design, and installation. You will take on a leadership role, developing strong relationships with both your team and clients. Your work will contribute to the technical excellence demanded by the company across offshore riser and renewable energy projects.,

  • Design and analysis of offshore foundations (e.g., gravity base, piled, suction can, anchors) along with installation performance.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise with the team, mentoring others where possible.
  • Clearly communicate the results of your analyses to the wider engineering team.

    Experience in geotechnical design or site investigation, ideally within the offshore energy sector.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering BEng ideally, they may have completed a Masters but ideally have studied at Bachelors level Civil Engineering first.
  • Knowledge of ground investigation, geotechnical engineering, and geological processes.
  • Competency in conducting data assessments and performing geotechnical analyses.
  • Proficiency to produce technical reports and presentations.
  • Graduates in Civil Engineering will be considered if they have some offshore acquiring data skills.
