Full Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of GIS software solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient GIS applications.

  • Integrate GIS with other technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.

  • Conduct spatial analysis and create detailed maps and visualisations.

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of GIS data.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GIS technologies and development practices.

    We are seeking an experienced Senior GIS Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge Geographic Information Systems (GIS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GIS technology, software development, and an ability to manage complex projects. You will work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement GIS applications that meet the needs of our clients., Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proficient in GIS software and technologies, ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online.

  • Experience with UML modelling notation and tools, and ArcGIS Server / ArcSDE administration.

  • Experience with ETL tooling such as FME.

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

  • Knowledge of database management systems and spatial databases.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
