Full Job Description

As a rare opportunity, we are currently seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer, to join our dynamic team and lead key design projects and high value tender opportunities.,

  • Contribute to managing a team of graphic designers and artworkers, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback, to maintain a high-performance culture.

  • Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualisation to final execution, ensuring all projects meet brand standards and deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, including print materials, e-documents, branded merchandise, and event assets.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Pitch, to deliver cohesive and compelling visual content that supports business objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to the design process.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and managing timelines to ensure timely delivery.

  • Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and align with project goals and brand guidelines.

  • Provide strategic input in creative meetings, contributing innovative ideas that push the boundaries of design and focus on a 'digital first' approach.

    We are looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (which will be tested at interview) that showcases expertise in both print and digital design. This role is ideal for a creative with strong experience in managing talented designers and artworkers, guiding projects from concept to completion, and delivering visually stunning results that align with our brand vision., We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or the equivalent.

  • 7+ years of experience in design, with a significant portion in a senior role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work in both print and digital design with proven UX/UI knowledge.

  • Proven experience in line management, with a track record of successfully leading and developing creatives.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Foleon and Zmags.

  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback clearly.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
