Full Job Description

  • Collaborate with capture managers, copywriters and the marcomms team to define and support the production of bids, presentations, collaterals and campaigns.
  • Support the global capture management team through leading design and creative support.
  • Dissect complex information into accessible and aesthetically pleasing graphics that effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Demonstrate innovation and strong visual problem-solving skills as well as a collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
  • Show exceptional knowledge of the AECOM brand and ensure that all work meets AECOM design standards.
  • Actively follow the creative internal processes and procedures.
  • Support the marcomms team in the ideation, creation and delivery of on and offline content including social assets
  • Design and manage content for executive presentations

    The senior graphic designer will be a strong conceptual thinker, someone who can lead and implement big ideas and manage them across a multitude of channels. They will work across some our biggest bids and client-facing campaigns globally and will have a portfolio full of inspirational ideas featuring fully integrated and digital-led campaigns. They will be a problem solver, a doer and visual communicator who has the ability to multi-task across a variety of projects and channels.

    The Water Global Business Line has an opening for a Senior Graphic Designer within its Global Strategy & Growth team. This is an all-encompassing role that will entail working on bid studio documentation, marketing, internal communications, presentations, large format design and smaller bespoke design such as infographics and short-run print collateral.
