Full Job Description

Working as part of the UK Field Marketing team, the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the workflow, concepting, development and execution of visual elements on assigned projects across the UK commercial market. Working closely with the Global Brand team, UK Residential designer and support eco-system, they will play a vital role as Brand Guardian and advocate for all things creative (including events, presentations, platform builds, office environments and general day-to-day requirements).

Thriving as a Senior Graphic Designer in a supportive environment you will also:

  • Develop and produce creative materials, including support collateral such as infographics, templates, reports and presentations with the collaboration of the Global Brand team and Creative Services Eco-system support team alike.

  • Liaise with external suppliers and agencies when required, for example obtaining print/production quotations, arranging photographers, working with our eco-system of preferred suppliers as well as other service providers when required.

  • Work to and within the latest JLL branding guidelines and be the guardian and 'go to' for questions and/or anything created by designers within the team, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment across the board.

  • Be highly organised and ensure all jobs are assigned, tracked and reported as required. Working with our off-shore design partners to oversee tasks.

  • Translate client and business briefs into design concepts, align design support and execute production to deliver a final product with minimum supervision.

  • Support the UK Creative team and provide design direction when required.

  • Be comfortable working within a high-pressure environment and with senior stakeholders within marketing and across the business.

  • Be knowledgeable in print and digital production management.

  • Be capable of driving creative strategy and interpreting creative briefs from business stakeholders.

  • Be experienced in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

    Have an impeccable eye for detail; brand guardianship is key.

  • Have a proactive and positive approach.

  • Have strong time management and organisational skills.

  • Be comfortable working within brand guidelines and interpreting the JLL tone of voice through graphic elements.



  • All candidates must be proficient in:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • MS PowerPoint

  • MS Word

  • Excel

  • Other Adobe suite programme skills and knowledge is a plus

  • Knowledge of Workfront would be beneficial (or another similar workflow tool)


  • You will be comfortable working on a PC/MAC and digital knowledge of programmes such as digital skills such as Adobe XD, Premier Pro, Canva and Figma would be a bonus.

    Employee specification

    Degree or diploma in Graphic Design is preferred, but not essential. Portfolio examples showing scope of work required.
