Senior Group Finance Manager (FTC - 14 months)

Management of Group intercompany processes

• Responsible for all intercompany eliminations and reconciliations as part of the Group consolidation process.


• Responsible for monitoring the intercompany process for P&L and BS across the group and managing all the 60+ entities within Oliver Group to ensure intercompany mismatches are being resolved.


• Main liaison with the 25+ entities from other Investor's portfolio of group companies to manage the intercompany process with Oliver Group.


• Consolidation of client P&L's.


Development of ICO automation

• Responsible for development of ICO policies and procedures.


• Work with the finance transformation team to drive and develop automation of the Global consolidation process, focussing on intercompany transactions and balances.


Management of Group Finance Assistant

• Responsible for management of group finance assistant (currently being recruited).


Parent Company Reporting

• Delivery of the monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial reporting information required by Investors and support the Group FC & FD in this process.


• Assist in preparation of the IIG Group Consolidated Accounts monthly to the Investor Reporting timetable under UK GAAP/ US GAAP and support the Group FC in this process.


Additional Duties

• Assist Group Finance function with working capital management and balance sheet reconciliation processes.


• Active involvement in the delivery of any project with the Group FC and Group FD and ad hoc queries from COO.


• You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.
  
  Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - minimum 5 years PQE.


• Highly computer literate - Advanced Excel skills; comfortable dealing with complex Formulae.


• Experience with ERP system process improvements.


• Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports.


• Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with Global department heads.


• High attention to detail.
