Senior Group Product Manager

About This Role As the Senior Group Product Manager, you will steer the strategic and tactical direction for the ordering funnel of the Customer product. Your responsibilities include empowering and guiding our product leaders, overcoming obstacles, delivering large-scale initiatives, and overseeing the entire product development lifecycle and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the customer ordering flow, including re-ordering, Checkout, and Order summary. The role also involves working closely with and supporting various Product groups to drive and deliver customer-facing initiatives, such as enhancing loyalty programs and rolling out global platforms. You will play a pivotal role in stakeholder management, nurturing robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams. We need someone who's driven and has a proven track record of navigating the complexities of business. You'll have experience working in fast-paced environments, where you can pivot quickly and navigate ambiguity with ease and can bring the best of your direct reports and wider team, to deliver the best possible customer experiences. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Lead the strategic and tactical direction for our Customer ordering flows, aligning with our Customer pillar mission and company vision and objectives.
• Lead and empower a team of senior and mid-level product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
• Remove obstacles and guide, to ensure the successful outcome and execution of product initiatives.
• Oversee and manage projects aimed at enhancing our customer ordering flow and driving growth.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and iteration.
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout the product development process, managing expectations and growing company-wide awareness of your team's outputs and their associated impact.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data & Analytics, Design, Business, and Finance, to optimise the user experience and achieve business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, and market dynamics, and integrate this knowledge into product strategy and development.

• Experience in leading product for multiple teams and has developed a product strategy and strategy which has then been delivered across multiple product roadmaps
• Galvanising teams and driving an inclusive and collaborative culture, where teams feel they are 'pulling in the same direction'
• Commercial experience and understanding of the business value of solving our user's problems
• Setting clear objectives and key results, and tracking progress against these successfully
• Managing and influencing senior stakeholders to board-level
• Mentoring and coaching direct reports and other colleagues to establish high-performing teams and a proven record of helping direct reports grow in their careers.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and results.
