Senior Hardware Engineer

Senior electronics hardware for product design related to next generation fire and intrusion products:

• Collaborate with engineering groups and cross-functional tams to ensure seamless integrations and reuse. Overcome technical challenges, share knowledge, and implement best practices for requirements, data management, design, testing, and regulatory standards
• Maintain documentation using Eaton digital tools
• Explore solutions for complex technical issues and refine electronics architectures for resilience and availability
• Develop and implement test strategies, execute HW verification activities, and ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards. Oversee test execution, analyze results, and propose corrective actions. Generate test reports and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement, identify training needs, and foster a positive work environment. Lead and mentor a team of electronics engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to schedules
