Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to join our infrastructure team in Cambridge. What you'll do:

• Support HSW Business Plan and OU strategy implementation.
• Lead the development and execution of HSW sector strategy.
• Coordinate HSW tender submissions with the team.
• Ensure best practices are shared and implemented.
• Participate in industry groups as needed.
• Maintain industry accreditations and certifications.
• Mentor and develop Highways & Water HSW teams, providing technical advice.
  
  Level 5 qualification or higher in health, safety, and wellbeing (Diploma/Degree/NVQ).
• Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards it.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, wellbeing principles, and effective management techniques.
