Senior Healthcare Assistant

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant you will work closely with the care team to provide high-quality care and support to residents. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare practices and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care., As a Senior Care Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Providing person-centered care to residents in line with their individual care plans



• Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management


• Monitoring and recording residents' health and well-being


• Supporting and mentoring junior care staff


• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
  
  Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above


• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home setting


• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently


• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of others
