- Directly provide care and support to individuals with health and social care needs
- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare assistants
- Assist in implementing care plans and risk assessments
- Monitor and communicate any changes in individuals' conditions to the healthcare team
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Support individuals in their daily activities, fostering independence and well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery
Our client is looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their care team at a newly established, state-of-the-art care home in Staffordshire. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional person-centred care to individuals with diverse healthcare needs, requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a luxury care setting., Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above - Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant
