Full Job Description
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing team
- Administer medication as instructed by healthcare professionals
- Support residents with mobility and encourage independence
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to provide person-centred care
- Lead and direct a team of Healthcare Assistants
We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our client's team on day shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with a focus on providing high-quality care for older adults, including those with dementia., Level 3 in Health and Social Care - 2+ years of experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care home setting
