Full Job Description
As a Senior Care Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Providing person-centered care to residents in line with their individual care plans
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Monitoring and recording residents' health and well-being
- Supporting and mentoring junior care staff
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above - Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care home setting
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of others
