+ We are looking for a caring and compassionate person who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high standard of individualised nursing care to our patients. + You will need excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently, prioritising your workload to ensure the best outcomes for patients. + You will ensure that your own actions support the care, protection and well-being of individuals, and ensure their privacy and dignity at all times. + You will need to be flexible as this is a rotational post which includes days, nights and weekend working., Work as a member of the team + Planning and Organisation Recognising and responding to situations within the work area and report to the nurse in charge + Responsibility and Skills Undertake direct patient care, in support of, and under the delegation of the Registered Nurse, and document care given as required + Service Responsibility Assist with last offices and care of relatives/carers + Organisation Recognising and responding to situations within the work area and report to the nurse in charge Full Vacancy details can be found on the attached Job Description/Person Specification.
