Senior Healthcare Support Worker - Emergency Assessment Unit

To meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
To check patient observations and provide personal care including bathing, toileting and feeding.
In this role, you will work as a member of the ward team, establishing effective communication across the multi-disciplinary team to ensure high quality care for our patients, families and carers. You will also report to the senior nurse on duty in a timely manner, information relating to all work activity, e.g. identifying significant changes in relation to direct patient care/treatment plans., Please note that where response levels are exceptional we may close the post before the specified date, therefore early application is recommended.

Our Healthcare Support Workers work a rota pattern, so you MUST be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends including Bank Holidays.
