Senior Healthcare Support Worker, Pre-Assessment

We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive Senior Health Care Assistant to Join our pre op assessment team, as we support the expansion of theatres and the development of our Elective Centre at AShford Hospital. The department runs daily clinics Monday to Friday 8-6, covering pre assessment for all elective surgical specialities at ASPH NHS Foundation Trust. Applications are welcome from Health Care Assistants. Ensuring that all patients experience excellent care during the pre-assessment process is the main driving force for our team. We are also committed to your development. Informal visits are welcome., Works as a Senior Health Care Assistant in pre-operative assessment department

• Carry out assigned tasks involving direct patient care in support of and supervised by a registered nurse.
• Call patients before admission and complete checklist with support and supervision from qualified nurses
