Full Job Description

You will be responsible for providing a range of personal care for patients and a range of clinical duties under the guidance of a registered healthcare professional., Senior Health Care Support Workers will be responsible for providing a range of personal care for patents and a range of clinical duties under the guidance of a registered healthcare professional.

PLEASE NOTE - candidates are required to hold either NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care Certificate to be eligible to apply for this role.

We will be looking for enthusiasm, drive and passion where the delivery of outstanding levels of care can be nurtured. You will have excellent communication skills and the flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of this busy area.

The successful candidate will be efficient, reliable and be able to work using their own initiative whilst being part of a team.You will be a motivated and confident healthcare assistant dedicated to assisting in the delivery and the development of an excellent service., Senior Health Care Support Workers work independently performing a number of clinical duties/tasks following training and meeting competency within role as per policy and procedure.
