  • Lead the design and delivery of highway engineering schemes from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legislation and regulations
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support
  • Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders and contractors

    Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with a relevant professional institution such as ICE or CIHT
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively
  • A full UK driving licence
