Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of complex organisational change as a critical member of the Transformation Office, led by our Chief of Staff. This role will enable the future of our business, and be responsible for all people related changes across a medium organisational transformation.

About The Job
What you'll spend your time doing:
While there is rarely a 'typical' day within this role, here's a snapshot of some of the key parts of the job:

  • Design the future end to end implementation plan for organisational transformation. You will:

  • + Understand and take into account the complexity of the change
    + Navigate organisational structure and context to effect and enable transformation
    + have a deep understanding of employment law to allow you to take a commercial approach to implementation
    + See risks of implementation and design mitigations proactively

  • Leading multi faceted and collective consultation (redundancy, redeployment in new structures, TUPE, etc) .


  • Trusted counsel to the CPO, Chief of Staff and Transformation Office on all people related implementation items


  • Act as a coach to the broader HR team, to help upskill


  • Partner with senior stakeholders and be credible and influential - everyone has an opinion on people and implementation, this role will hold the key to quiet, impactful and strategic implementation of a complex and sensitive transformation.

  • What you'll need:
    For this particular role there are some important qualifications and experience we need you to have. These include:
  • Experience in implementing change programmes and able to lead consultations.

  • Employment law expertise and a commercial mind.

  • Resilience, drive and self-management.

  • A drive for excellence.

  • Collaborative spirit.

  • Able to manage multiple, complex tasks concurrently.

  • An enjoyment of ever changing change mandates - stability of workload is unlikely in this role…you need to be flexible.

  • Competitive Base Salary

  • Performance Related Discretionary Bonus

  • Holiday: 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy up to 5 days

  • Pension: A minimum 2% employee contribution plus 7% MS Amlin contribution (9%) up to a maximum of 5% employee contribution plus 13% MS Amlin contribution (18%)
