Full Job Description

In this role you'll work closely with the Head of HR and HR Business Partner for Group Marketing and Sustainability. You'll contribute to the design and delivery of the people plan, ensuring the function has the capability and resources to achieve its operational objectives today and in the future.

Your responsibilities will include creating open communication channels, building trust, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the UK and globally. You'll be able to provide challenge and hold others to account, effectively influencing their way of thinking.

You'll be someone who can support leaders on organisational change, design, and structure, and who can line manage and mentor HR Business Partners within the team. You'll drive the talent agenda, participate as the People Lead in projects, and assist in building strong talent pipelines. Your ability to diagnose and analyse issues, provide objective challenge, and engage the appropriate centres of expertise will be crucial. You'll use your HR industry experience to make an impact in key areas such as change management, coaching and mentoring.

This role will include regular travel to our offices, including Nottingham, Whiteley and Guernsey.

Up to £62,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus & Benefits
