Full Job Description
- £54,843 - £64,331 + Car or Car Allowance + 20% Bonus + Benefits
- Can be based anywhere in the South East
- Role does involve travel around the region and occasional travel throughout the UK What will I be doing?
- Ensuring that the Southeast have developed a HR strategy plan.
- Ensuring that the HR strategy includes manpower, recruitment, employee relations, remuneration and training/ development plans in line with SUEZ R&R Strategy
- Ensuring that each team member has the necessary skills, resources and objectives to deliver the business needs.
- Ensuring that the iTrent & LMS System is fully utilized by self and team as laid down in HR Policies and Procedures.
- Completing any other duties/ projects that are reasonably requested in the scope of the job role.
CIPD qualification level 7 or appropriate degree/higher qualification - Demonstrative experience in providing generalist support to a business
- Has worked in a multi-site business & remote team.
- Has led complex employee relations related processes (e.g. disciplinary meetings, appeals, grievances)
- Demonstrable experience in managing generalist HR function including personnel
- Multi organization / HR department experience
- Experience of building and managing relationships with more senior staff within the organisation
- An experienced project manager/leader
