To empower everyday convenience around the world, whether it's through customer service, coding or couriers.About this role We are seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our logistics team. This is a complex and dynamic role requiring a unique blend of human sensitivity and strategic acumen. The HRBP will serve as a key advisor to the logistics leadership team, driving HR strategies and initiatives that support our business objectives. This position is essential in ensuring compliance with labour laws, managing union relationships, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will work closely with the other HRBPs both in Regions as well as within the Logistics function and help build HR as a whole. Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home Reporting to: Head of HRBP Logistics Contract: 1-year fixed termThese are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Strategic HR partnership: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, providing expert guidance on complex issues like CBAs and sourcing strategies.
  • Data-driven people strategies: Leverage HR analytics and metrics to propose, monitor, and refine strategies that enhance team effectiveness and support organizational goals.
  • Oversee performance management processes and local talent development initiatives ensuring alignment with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations: Work closely with the HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to develop and implement policies that mitigate HR-related risks.
  • Manage industrial relations: Serve as the primary contact for unions and employee representatives, driving collective bargaining, resolving labor disputes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Build and implement industrial relations strategies: Foster cooperative relationships with unions, collaborate with the Global IR lead on strategies, and adapt to legal, political, and economic changes to mitigate risks and support business goals.
  • Drive HR leadership in organizational change: Manage HR aspects of restructurings, and centralizations, providing expert guidance on change management strategies to minimize disruption and support employee adaptation.
  • What will you bring to the table?
  • Certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a strategic HRBP role within a heavy industrial or logistics environment. Experience in companies with both staff and mass roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulations, with a focus on worker status.
  • Knowledge of EU employment legislation and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex negotiations and manage union relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategy.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to interpret data to inform strategy.
