· To feed into service evaluations and service improvements, growing the service based on the needs to the local populations.
· To work collaboratively with the Immunisation teams to provide a service which meets the KPIs and expectations of the commissioners.

+ To write and review agreed SOPS and ensure that HCT processes and procedures are followed by the Call & Recall Team to ensure that data is processed safely and accurately with the intention of meeting service key performance indicators.
+ Use established processes to assess and monitor team and individual performance, resolving issues locally where possible but escalating when required.
+ Efficiently lead the call and recall administrator team to ensure a seamless delivery of administrative services for HCT call and recall.
+ Management will include handling rotas, roster, leave requests, sickness and all other aspects of team management, as required.
+ To lead the team to work towards agreed objectives, which may change daily.
+ Work closely with the Call and Recall Administration Manager and Clinical Lead, as required.
+ To have conversations with parents/carer/individuals around vaccination and vaccination concerns.
+ Keep an overview of the administration team's work ensuring are accurate records are kept both on the Electronic Patient Record and the trackers.
+ To liaise with the CSAIS teams when needed to ensure clinics are appropriately staffed.
+ To assess immunisation histories and vaccinate at vaccination sessions.
+ Provide support to CSAIS staff when manning call and recall clinics, especially as new programmes are introduced.
+ To be a clinical expert in the vaccinations offered.
+ To use own judgement to plan and organise work within the agreed priorities and timescales referring to the Call & Recall Team Clinical Lead for support and clarification when necessary.
+ Maintain a high degree of professionalism, particularly when interfacing with the public, team members and other stakeholders.
+ Oversee the development of the process of client and user satisfaction feedback to help evolve service provision.
+ To collate and feedback data on the service with external stakeholders, including NHS England commissioners, as required.
+ Identify opportunities for meaningful involvement of patients/clients and carers in relation to the development of immunisations services.
+ Foster a culture of enquiry that is supportive and facilitative, encouraging creativity and innovation.
+ Maintain a culture of person-centred care within the service area.
+ To promote and monitor safe and effective practice.
+ To participate in audit, research projects and/or innovations following agreed policy and protocol.
+ Work collaboratively to achieve the service objectives.
+ Accept responsibility in discussion with Immunisation Clinical Team Lead for personal development.
+ Participate in induction and training programme for new staff .
+ Be financially aware in order to manage the HCT resources appropriately and effectively.
+ Be responsible for ensuring that equipment is maintained in accordance with HCT policy.
+ Maintain own professional and personal development in accordance with the code of conduct relating to your profession.
