Full Job Description

The Implementation Consultant, as part of a post-sales services & solutions team, is responsible for transitioning new clients from the Sales process through provisioning, design, and implementation of their tailored Emarsys platform solution. Using a consultative approach with project management principles, the implementation consultant is responsible for providing technical guidance and training to the client, support through the setup as well as fully understanding their application environment and data in order to provide insightful and effective design recommendations for integration in a timely and impactful manner., Tech:

  • Fully understand the client's application environment and data in order to provide insightful and effective design recommendations for the integration process.
  • Work closely with client's technical teams to scope existing application environment and facilitate integration and implementation.
  • Warrant quality of setup and implement best practices to reduce the burden on the Support organization post onboarding.
  • Business:
  • Onboard new clients through provisioning, design and implementation of their new Emarsys platform.
  • Enable and empower customers to use the platform through technical guidance and training. · Coordinate multiple projects at different stages of implementation.
  • Ensure efficient communications with all stakeholders.
  • Act as field representatives for the Product team to present future enhancements to customers and feedback on client requests.
  • Ensure platform adoption by all parties involved - build client confidence for the application use.
  • People:
  • Collaborate with other members of a post-sales Services & Solutions Team to facilitate efficient and effective implementation of the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality.
  • Communicate with Product Development as a Client Advocate for the product enhancement process.
  • Performance and Success Indicators Qualitative:
  • A positive collaborative relationship with the stakeholders.
  • Effective platform adoption by the Client.
  • Quantitative:
  • Client Satisfaction measured by the post-onboarding survey.
  • A number of successfully implemented projects and average implementation time.

    Previous experience in a technical client-facing role.
  • Previous Project Management experience within the IT space.
  • Understanding of database design (relational and flat structures) and DNS
  • General knowledge about database marketing concepts e.g. list segmentation & RFM
  • General knowledge of database marketing concepts including list segmentation, RFM & propensity modeling.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects running concurrently at different stages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in local and/or English language.
  • Hands-on experience working with HTML, XML, CSS.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business requirements analysis skills
  • Experience withing technical consulting, including familiarity with basic scripting/database design.
  • PM qualifications (Prince2, Agile, A/PMP) as an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with other front-end campaign management tools as an advantage.
