Full Job Description

  • Supporting the Head of Improvement to design, deploy, embed and sustain the Patient First management operating system throughout all divisions, and ensuring a continuous improvement approach to achieving the desired maturity.
  • Provide operational management of the Improvement Partners and deputies to ensure the delivery of the Strategy Deployment to divisions through the Patient First Management Operating System
  • Effective coaching and support to clinical staff and operational teams to plan, develop and deliver improvement projects and programmes that will transform patient care and patient experience through enhanced quality of services delivered at best value.
  • Building of continuous improvement capability across the organisation by ensuring required training, coaching and support are available for staff in the Patient First tools, methodologies, mindset and culture.
  • Effective building of the competencies of the Continuous Improvement Team to be able to train, coach and support staff in improvement, project management and change management methodologies and the deployment of Patient First throughout the organisation., the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
